We've got several great apartments available now: a 1st floor one bedroom, and two 2nd floor efficiencies and a 3rd floor Studio. The apartments are a great value with heat and hot water included. (also air conditioning) They won't last long. Check out the offerings page to find out more about the available apartment.

"The apartment is in downtown New London, near the Garde Theater (3 minute walk) where there a symphony concerts, Broadway style shows, etc. It was one the reasons I chose to live at Cottage Street. I have found the neighborhood safe and quiet. Cars are parked on the street without an issue. There is an Amtrak rail station about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, so you can travel to New York City very conveniently.

I will be vacating my 3 room apartment at 33 Cottage Street, New London, CT, to take a new job in New York State. Cottage Street Apartments is a 9 apartment complex, located near State Street and the Garde Theater, and minutes from downtown New London. Parking is on the street, or in the near-by Superior Court parking lot. The building is well maintained and very quiet. The apartment has about 500 ft2 of living space. I have enjoyed residing here, but unfortunately, have to move on. You can see the complex at www.NewLondonApartments.com. The apartment has air conditioning, new fridge, new stove.
